Who Is the WFS-910H Designed For?
The WFS-910H is aimed at cabinet, shelving and panel-furniture workshops that process repeat straight edges and want to reduce separate hand cutting and finishing. Its compact body is useful where floor space is limited, while the extension surfaces help the operator guide longer workpieces.
The machine automates the in-line processing sequence, but it is not unattended production. An operator must load, support and unload the panel, set the glue and feed conditions, monitor the cut and inspect the finished edge.
A practical choice for
• Cabinet and wardrobe component production
• Shelves, dividers and narrow straight panel parts
• Small and medium batch furniture workshops
• Factories upgrading from manual edge banding
• Buyers who need automatic front and rear tape trimming
• Workshops that value compact equipment and accessible controls
Choose another configuration if you need
• Curved, round or irregular edge banding
• Pre-milling before glue application
• Corner rounding on all four workpiece corners
• A confirmed scraping station or zero-joint system
• PUR processing without written glue-system confirmation
• High-volume industrial production with a long multi-station line
How the WFS-910H Processes a Panel
The workpiece travels through a straight feed path. Each station has a specific job, and the final result depends on correct panel preparation, tape selection and adjustment.
1. Feed the edge tape and apply hot-melt adhesive
The tape feed uses a stated 25 W motor, while the glue pot has a 1,000 ml capacity and an 800 W heating section. Adhesive temperature, viscosity and open time must follow the glue supplier's instructions.
2. Press the tape onto the panel edge
Multiple pressure rollers hold the panel and tape through the working area. Correct guide height and pressure are important, particularly for narrow components where poor support can cause skewing.
3. Trim the front and rear overhang
The automatic head-and-tail trimming section cuts the excess tape at both ends. This can reduce manual end cutting, but feed stability and panel squareness still determine the result.
4. Trim the upper and lower overhang
Two 800 W trimming motors remove tape above and below the panel surface. Cutter sharpness, tracking adjustment and the required edge radius should be checked before production.
5. Polish the finished edge
Two 180 W polishing motors help remove light marks and improve the appearance beside the edge. Polishing cannot hide a chipped panel edge or correct incorrect glue settings.
6. Remove chips and dust
Two extraction ducts collect debris around the trimming area. The ducts improve local cleanliness, but the buyer should confirm whether an external dust collector is required and what airflow and connector size it needs.
Why Automatic Front and Rear Trimming Matters
Manual machines often leave the operator to cut both tape ends separately. The WFS-910H integrates this step into the feed path, which can shorten handling time and make repeated straight-panel work more consistent.
The phrase 'no secondary cutting' should be treated as a target under correct conditions, not a universal guarantee. Before ordering, test several consecutive panels and inspect both ends for projection, tearing, chipping and surface marks.
Narrow-Panel Feeding: What Buyers Should Verify
The supplied product material states that the machine can band boards as narrow as 2.5 cm. Narrow workpieces are more sensitive to length, thickness, stiffness, surface friction and operator support, so width alone is not enough to confirm suitability.
Send the smallest actual workpiece for testing. The test should show the complete feed, not only the finished sample, and should confirm that the panel remains stable through pressing, end trimming and upper/lower trimming.
• Minimum panel width and length
• Panel thickness and weight
• Whether two-person support is required
• Feed direction and safe hand position
• Finished quality at both ends and both faces
Multiple Pressure Rollers and Panel Support
The dual rows of pressure and feed rollers shown in the product images are intended to maintain contact through the straight working path. The 300 mm widened extension provides additional support outside the main body.
Extension width is not the same as maximum panel capacity. Confirm minimum and maximum workpiece dimensions, allowable weight and any extra roller stand required for large panels.

The values above are taken from the supplied WFS-910H product images. The final quotation, nameplate, electrical drawing, technical agreement and packing list should govern the delivered configuration.
Voltage, frequency, phase, rated power, air pressure, feed speed, panel thickness range, tape thickness range and packed weight were not shown in the supplied images and should be confirmed before publication or quotation.
Panel and Edge Tape Compatibility
The WFS-910H should be positioned as a straight-panel machine. Common applications may include MDF, particleboard, plywood and laminated wood-based panels used for cabinet and furniture components.
PVC and melamine edge tape are common in this category, but the supplied images do not state a tape material or thickness range. ABS, veneer, acrylic and thicker tapes should be confirmed with a material data sheet and sample test.
Do not advertise curved-panel capability from these images. The machine layout and feeding system shown are designed around straight edges.
What Controls the Finished Edge Quality?
A square, clean panel edge
No pre-milling station is shown. Saw marks, chips or an out-of-square cut can remain visible after banding.
Correct adhesive condition
Temperature, viscosity, open time and compatibility affect glue coverage and bond strength.
Stable feed and pressure
Guides and pressure rollers must match the panel. Narrow workpieces require especially careful support.
Sharp, correctly adjusted cutters
Dull cutters or incorrect tracking can leave tape projection, chatter or damage beside the edge.
Clean polishing and extraction paths
Glue and dust build-up can mark the surface or reduce extraction performance.
Before shipment, request a continuous test with your own panel, tape and adhesive. Several consecutive workpieces provide stronger evidence than one selected sample.
• The complete panel feed from entry to exit
• Both automatic end cuts in close-up
• Upper and lower trimmed profiles
• The glue line under direct light
• The smallest panel you intend to process
• The control settings and extraction connection used
A Practical First-Run Setup
1. Confirm destination voltage, frequency, phase, plug type, rated power and compressed-air requirements.
2. Check panel dimensions and weight against the final technical sheet.
3. Confirm edge tape material, width and thickness plus the adhesive specification.
4. Inspect the panel edge for chips, dust and out-of-square cutting.
5. Set the guide height, roller pressure, cutter tracking and extension supports.
6. Heat the adhesive to the manufacturer's recommended working condition.
7. Run the first panel conservatively and observe every cutting and polishing station.
8. Inspect both ends, both faces, the glue line and the decorative surfaces.
9. Record a repeatable setup for each panel, tape and adhesive combination.
Typical Applications
• Kitchen cabinet panels
• Wardrobe and closet components
• Shelves and narrow dividers
• Office and retail furniture panels

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the WFS-910H fully automatic?
It automates the straight-feed banding, pressing, front/rear trimming, upper/lower trimming and polishing sequence. An operator still loads, supports and unloads the panel, adjusts the machine and inspects the result.
Can it process 25 mm narrow boards?
The supplied material states a 25 mm narrow-board capability. Suitability depends on the full workpiece dimensions, stiffness and support, so the actual smallest part should be tested before ordering.
Can it process curved panels?
The supplied images show a straight-feed machine. Curved or irregular capability is not confirmed.
Does it include dust collection?
The machine shows two built-in extraction ducts. Confirm whether an external dust collector is included or required, along with airflow and connector size.
Does automatic end trimming eliminate all hand finishing?
Correct setup can reduce separate end cutting, but no universal result should be guaranteed. Panel quality, tape, adhesive, cutter condition and feed adjustment determine whether touch-up is required.
